When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms.
When you place your order online we will automatically send you an email to confirm that we have received it. this email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. If the product is available we will send you a confirmation that your order has been shipped, otherwise we will contact you either by email or telephone if any item is unavailable and suggest an alternative item. You have the right to cancel your order in full or part, and request a refund.
Fabeha also have the right to cancel any order and not supply any or part of an order if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of any products at any time at its sole discretion. However, we will notify you in advance before taking any such action. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be partially refunded or in full. This does not affect your statutory rights. Availability We try to keep our website up to date , However cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. If we can't supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount you debited by us. RETURNS If an item is unsuitable , it can be returned for an exchange / refund . Please ensure the goods have been returned unworn & in their original packaging with all their labels and tags intact within 14 days of receipt .
Customers are also required to fill in a returns form in full & enclose it within the parcel . Returns forms are available for download via our website . Please note that goods received without a return form will incur delay in refund / exchange. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer , and re-delivery charges will be payable on exchanges .
Jewellery items and accessories are not returnable . In case of refund , only the cost of goods are refundable and not the postage charges .The item is your responsibility until it reaches us , so we recommend using a delivery service that insures the parcel for the value of goods . we aim to process all refunds within 28 days of receiving the parcel . This does not affect your statutory rights .
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE RETURN A PRODUCT TO US & YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT HAS GONE BELOW THE FREE DELIVERY AMOUNT. £5.95 delivery charge will be deducted from the total refund AMOUNT as you will therefore not qualify for the free delivery offer.
In the unlikely event that the wrong item is sent to you please contact our customer services team who will instruct you how to return the item. Please remember that:
A Return Form needs to be filled in and enclosed in the parcel so that it can be processed by our warehouse.
Item/s to be returned second class recorded/tracked service only. We strictly do not re-inburse any costs for any other postal service.
We cannot process any returns without an Return Form.
We cannot dispatch a new item unless we have received the wrong item back in our warehouse and inspected its condition.
We will refund shipping costs for second class tracked service only provided that the item is in new and unused condition when we receive it and you have followed our return instructions.
Please note, it is never our intention to send incorrect items to our customers, however on rare occasions due to 'human error' mistakes can happen. However, we will always endeavour to rectify any problems as a matter of priority. If your complaint is upheld, then we will refund you the cost of returning the items second class post only.
PRE – ORDER ITEMS :Pre – order delivery times are approximated & may incur a delay from the original company . Pre – order items are also subject to availability . In the event that an unwanted preorder or made to order item is returned. We reserve the right to charge an admin fee of up to £4.95 (UK Customers), £14.99 (European Customers) and £19.99 (Rest of World).
Please Note: Dispatch times for pre-order items is as stated on the descriptions of those items and is only an approximate time. If you are ordering a mixture of pre-order and in stock items, all items shall be dispatched together when all items arrive. If you would like items dispatched individually it is advised you order them separately. In some cases when ordering multiple items, your items may be dispatched and delivered separate as we dispatch from various locations.
Cancellation If for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order within 24 hours before the order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse .
Clearance / Sale Section
The reductions shown are reductions from the original marked price charged on the website. We also supply a recommended sale price as guidance on the normal selling price. Occasionally these prices may have applied more than six months ago.
The offer of free delivery is not applicable on sale items.
